Six $500 AirTran Travel Vouchers at Bridge Street Concerts in the Courtyard

To be eligible to win, register at the Huntsville International Airport booth each Tuesday from May 18 through July 27, 2010, between 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM during the Bridge Street Towne Center Concerts in the Courtyard. Anyone who registers at the concerts to be a member of Huntsville Hot Ticket, will be eligible to win one of six $500 airline travel vouchers to fly from Huntsville International Airport on AirTran Airways. Winners will be selected from the registrants from a two-week period and announced at the concerts. You do not have to be present to win. In the event a concert is cancelled due to rain or other unforeseen reason, the sponsors reserve the right to change the dates of the giveaways.

ELIGIBILITY: To be entered in this drawing, you must be at least 19 years of age and be a member of Huntsville Hot Ticket free low airfare alert rewards program. If you are not a member, you may join now and you will be entered in the contest.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & DETAILS: Voucher is valid toward travel to/from Huntsville International Airport on AirTran Airways. Voucher must be utilized for a one-time purchase of a single ticket or multiple tickets up to a value of $500.00. Any cost above and beyond $500.00 is the responsibility of the winner. All ancillary charges are the responsibility of the winner – baggage fees, change fees, etc. Travel must be booked within 90 days of receipt. Ticket voucher issued is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and is not redeemable for cash. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners will be selected by random drawing and will be notified by email. Winners’ names will be posted on www.HuntsvilleHotTicket.com, Huntsville International Airport’s Facebook page, and participating sponsor web sites.
