Rules & Regulations
Grand prize winners must be at least 21 years of age. Airfare vouchers are valid for roundtrip travel from Huntsville International Airport to Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS) on Vision Airlines. Airline and hotel vouchers are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and not redeemable for cash. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Certain restrictions, fees, and blackout dates may apply. Ground transportation not provided. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
 
Winners will be selected by random drawing and will be notified by phone or e-mail. Winners’ names will be posted on www.HuntsvilleHotTicket.com as well as sponsoring organizations’ Facebook pages.

It’s easy. Just come by the Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority office (2nd floor – terminal) Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to pick up prepaid Maryland Area Regional Commuter (MARC) train service vouchers. Proof of an AirTran Airways reservation from Huntsville International Airport (HSV) to Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is required. One MARC train service voucher will be issued for each weekday route of the itinerary up to a maximum of two vouchers per passengers. Each voucher is good for one-way traveling between BWI and Washington, D.C. – Penn Line only. The MARC operates Monday – Friday* (no weekend service). Promotion good while supplies last.

MARC Voucher Rules:
Multi-ride tickets are for the exclusive use of the person whose personal signature must be affixed on the back in ink or indelible pencil before tickets are good for passage. In consideration of the reduced fare at which this ticket was sold, its use shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. Tickets are nonrefundable.
2. Protect your ticket by signing in proper space. Neither refund nor replacement can be made in connection with lost, stolen or misplaced tickets. Fare paid in absence of ticket will not be refunded.
3. Ticket must be presented to the conductor for each trip, or whenever requested.
4. If presented by other than signed ticket holder or if any condition of this contract is violated, ticket becomes void and may be taken up by conductor and fare collected.
5. Ticket will only be accepted for passage on trains designated and advertised to stop at stations named on the ticket.
6. The right of the Company is conceded to change the time of arrival or departure or its trains or to diminish their number at its option.
7. Refunds will be made in accordance with tariff regulations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & DETAILS: Contest begins Thursday, December 1 and ends Friday, December 16, 2011. One (1) Santa’s Village ticket will be randomly drawn each day from Thursday, December 1, through Friday, December 16, 2011 (a total of 12 tickets). Additionally, on Monday, December 19, 2011, all previously awarded tickets that are unclaimed will be given away by randomly drawing new winners from the HHT membership.
 
Winners will also receive one (1) phone call or phone message to notify them their name has been drawn if their membership contact information has been previously provided and is still current.

From Thursday, December 1, through Friday, December 16, winners will have the option to come by the Huntsville International Airport business office, M-F, 8 A.M.- 5 P.M. to pick up their ticket or to have it mailed via first class, U.S. Postal Service at their own risk.
